We offer different account types including Customer accounts, Corporate (Vendor) accounts, and Location (Shop) accounts. Each account type has specific permissions and access levels as determined by US Elite Inc.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to our business or other users.

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices for corporate/vendor accounts may differ from standard website prices based on negotiated agreements.

Availability

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly.

Errors

In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation. We will notify you and issue a full refund if this occurs.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Orders are not finalized until they have been processed and shipped.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Approved business accounts may use Net-30 payment terms or purchase orders subject to credit approval.

Net-30 Terms

Net-30 payment terms are available to approved business accounts only. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge and may result in suspension of Net-30 privileges.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged based on the shipping destination in accordance with state and local tax laws. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption certificates.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS from our facility in North Aurora, Illinois. Available shipping methods include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Next Day Air.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping (UPS Ground) is available on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and destination.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition. Contact us at orders@useliteinc.com to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-ordered items, sterilized instruments, opened consumable products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

All content on the US Elite Inc. website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, page layouts, and software — is the property of US Elite Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The US Elite name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of US Elite Inc. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without express written consent from US Elite Inc.

Corporate Portal Access

Access to the US Elite corporate portal is granted at our discretion to approved business accounts. Corporate accounts may manage multiple locations, place purchase orders, and access negotiated pricing.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders submitted through the portal are subject to approval workflows as configured for your organization. US Elite Inc. is not obligated to fulfill purchase orders until they have been accepted and confirmed.

Vendor Pricing

Vendor-specific pricing is confidential and may not be shared with third parties. Pricing agreements are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

Data Access

Corporate account holders are responsible for managing user access within their organization. You must ensure that only authorized personnel access the portal and that account credentials are not shared.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, US ELITE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to US Elite Inc. during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the website at your own risk.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
